I AM the God-made Me

Standard

I AM a God-made ME

I am not supposed to flee

God looks (a Psalm 139 hunt) seeking me

In all, He sets me free

Free to be a better version of me

Free to express in me His Holy Thee.

For Christ asks to SHINE His Light through ME.

I am to put aside my dampening of His Glory.

I am to REDUCE my needy “I need to self-inflate me”

I am to clear some of this busy and burdensome rat-race activity.

I am to spend time listening to His Plea – to SHINE more humbly.

Like Paul, my hope, unashamedly, with all boldness, is that Christ shall be magnified in me.

So, as Maya Angelo speaks unabashedly:

“Stand up, you are a child of God” – yes – wholeheartedly.

And make the noise of praises and worship excitedly.

And resist the devil so that he will flee.

Asking God for His WISDOM which He will give generously.

Perseverance is the fight to hold fast to Jesus Who is holding fast to me.

I am THE GOD-made ME
