Don’t think it’s odd,

That God prefers we wait for His Nod

To OK a day 

Or approve a move,

Ask, seek, petition, 

And especially LISTEN.

God’s Intricate Plans

Are always above our plans.

Not a stall,

Maybe a call.

Don’t riot,

Be still, sit quiet. 

Learn to adjust, 

God’s not making you rust.

God’s pause

Has a cause.

.

Wisely ponder eternity, 

Even over a cup of tea.

Don’t regret,

We get what we get.

Make a point

To ask Him to anoint. 

For where we trod,

Let’s get God’s Nod.
