I enjoyed finding the Halloween costumes I made when the kids were toddlers. Crafty creative, I enjoyed the opportunity to make something fun. Little kids are little for a short time. I pulled out the photo albums to see their photos. I have felt the specialness of the memories of traipsing up and down our neighborhood with them trick-r-treating. Those were short years gone by. So special in the moment now this year was being with my grown-up daughter handing out candy this year. We got some, maybe 25 kids only, but the quiet together was priceless.
The festive feelings are something that I enjoyed in the moment, yes, and was glad to document, but longevity speaking, it’s not the most valuable thing I can show to and teach my children.
The MOST precious thing is to share LOVE, God’s Love, and share WHERE to TURN, WHOM to REACH OUT to, and HOW to demonstrate FAITH. Knowing and teaching that the Lord saves.
Demonstrating FAITH is both in the failing times and in the fruitful ones. Sharing HOPE and sharing THANKFULNESS are responding to the love poured into us. Knowing that we serve a God Who Saves is key. SHARING that GOD SAVES is an amazing heritage.
Keep on believing… Keep walking with Him and teaching others…

God’s Spirit Poured Out
“And it shall come to pass afterward that I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your old men shall dream dreams, Your young men shall see visions. And also on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days.
“And I will show wonders in the heavens and in the earth: Blood and fire and pillars of smoke. The sun shall be turned into darkness, And the moon into blood, Before the coming of the great and awesome day of the Lord.
And it shall come to pass that whoever calls on the name of the Lord SHALL BE SAVED. For in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there shall be deliverance, As the Lord has said, Among the remnant whom the Lord calls.
