As I promised myself, I am TUCKED IN for the New Year’s Eve night by 9pm. YAY. I had dinner at a friend’s, her cat sitting on my lap, had my eggnog, saw the other new years celebrations online, and I saw 5pm fireworks from the ease of my livingroom. So I’m set. Blessed. 

One of the BEST things I did this New Year’s Eve’s day? Not just wash the car and vacuum it, I PUT AIR IN MY TIRES! Mine and the car’s… (Red subaru has been around the block, and so have I, LOL… I’ve got air in my spare too)

ANYWAY… Air in the tires…

We need air and a good BOUNCE over rough spots and to keep running. There is no doubt that we all are gonna need to hit the ground running next year. Not only because 2025 starts in the middle of the work week, but because WE HAVE MANY CHALLENGES AHEAD, those that we can see and those we can’t. FAITH DOES NOT MAKE THINGS EASY, IT MAKES THEM POSSIBLE! 

Remember that the Lord has already gone ahead AND forgiven the past, so we shouldn’t look in the rear mirror, the challenges of 2024, they are NO MORE… gone with the wash!!!

Sounds like a poem…

Pass passed the challenges of 2024,

Don’t dwell, they are no more.

New challenges are yet ahead,

But relax, do not dread.

2025 will be surely fine,

If we take it one day at a time.

And what about the work galore?

What about this and that chore?

What will 2025 have in store?

You or I don’t know much more.

God does, to be sure, ALL that is in store.

So in truth, we must begin 2025 fresh, with GUSTO GALORE. 

And I must to you and myself implore:

Let the Lord put air into our tires, some then some MORE.

And that my friends is how we ENDURE,

AIR IN THE TIRES  made it through 2024,

So in 2025 WE WILL SOAR!!!

Time moves more and more. 

Time flies to be sure.
