I’ve heard HOPE, the word and sentiment, so often lately. Give HOPE, cling to HOPE, keep HOPE, HOPE in HOPE. This is for everything from health to the weather, hope in money situations, hope in restrictions lifted or applied, hope in understanding, hope in forgetting.

One HOPE we should be assured of, is forgiveness from the Lord. Jesus came and finished the biggest gap bridging. HOPE that we remember that, HOPE that we appreciate it, HOPE we act generous too reflecting our forgiveness. 

HOPE in the Lord is assured. Actually we are told to not hope in people or riches of this world. Put our TRUST in situations YES we do this, we trust and we HAVE to trust in order to live, otherwise we would never book a plane flight, eat purchased food, or step outside. Yet HOPE is trust in the Lord in advance and in the present, especially knowing past accomplishment, that God STILL has everything under control.

And God is HOPEFUL for us, HOPE in our relationship and remembrance. HOPE to hear praises, HOPE for our TRUST. Jesus also preached that He HOPES people will not be deceived in this life, that we will focus on things above, we will keep looking to the BIG picture beyond our sight. We will look to the Lord in everything.  “WE HAVE THIS HOPE AS AN ANCHOR FOR THE SOUL” Hebrews 6:19 

Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a longing fulfilled is a tree of life. Proverbs 13:12

Let the Lord be our HOPE. Let Him grow our branch, place fruit in our life, and fulfill our longings.

Let us APPLY HOPE and LIVE.
