Well, yesterday, while I nestled in the snow day, I caught up on cataloging my writing and it turns out that yesterday’s blog, it was number 2800, wow… 11 years of what is now daily writing, or pre-writing if I go traveling. And traveling is in my plans this upcoming month of March. Whoda thunk that my concern of not having enough time for networking traveling and working traveling and leisure traveling would be handled by God too, and so, Lord willing, I will keep going and go with God because God has plans for me, for us. 

Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you”, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

I held this bookmark in my hand, with Jeremiah 29:11 on it, one month ago yesterday, when I drove out of an unexpected development at work… My “position eliminated”, my work restructuring was company wide and I, plus many more, were on the outside looking in. So many years, wow, it was a good run, and yes I knew the turbulence in our markets, but not on my radar that day to be “let go”… But as the Lord says, put your hands on the plow and eyes on Me Your Lord, and move forward to where I am taking you… Yes Lord. GO WITH GOD… and don’t stop holding His Hand. 

And this past month has been MORE BUSY than imaginable for time to think, to network, to co-process “Participatory Processing” I call it, and to count blessings. I sat in disbelief at my lay off, still am somewhat, but recovering is in recognizing the regrouping and restoration and replanting and replanning… there’s a storage box lid in my sight that says: “Bloom where you are planted”… yes…

So one month out from accepting the pivot for my place, my plans continue in praise, prayers yes but first praise to the Lord, for He has plans for me, for us, for the future and therefore keep the hope, keep the faith, and keep moving forward. 

This is blog writing 2801, one more ability to rely upon the Lord, day by day, one day at a time… (and a few days from now, Lord willing, traveling will once again fill my days… yay!!! Be an opportunist. )
