Praying this morning for everyone to know God – to trust in Jesus – to hope in hope. Let us tap into His Hope while we comfort and cover ourselves in warmth.
Let us be thinking of this immense covering we have from the Lord – more than just the covering of fluffy covers that keep us warm like a comforter – MORE than just a shell of windproof material or more than the clearest plexiglass or glass to shield while still seeing – MORE than heat-resistant Teflon bounce-off material or more than skin that can function as a filter. God is MORE protective – MORE strong – MORE transparent – MORE accessible – MORE MORE MORE
God cares enough to cradle us IN HIM – that He covers up in His Love AND fill us with it. We can see all of eternity in our hearts – God protects us with that knowledge of Him. His Grace, His Mercy. God does not cover us in a whimsy wisp of favor on occasion – we are to know deeply that our God is ever present and covering us with His WHOLENESS and HOPE.
Even when we are wayward and think we have run out of cloud – run out of coverage, we must remember that Jesus died for ALL – to cover ALL SIN – to remove that sting of sin and death for ALL PEOPLE. Our Jesus Lord and Savior covers us in His Blood – that is not a whimsy of His Walk – Jesus knew EXACTLY that He was walking into – God knew and knows the Plan – Jesus fully God brought the plan to the earth for fruition and we best ask to bear His Fruit of continuation and giving. Let us share the HOPE today – and be a witness that His Strength in us is what keeps us “afloat”.
Clouds are the water moisture that you can see – but when the clouds dissipate – God doesn’t. God’s Cloud is not a Wisp of Whimsy. God’s Comfort is in that God is ever present and will be forever.
Have faith in faith.
Amen

Genesis 9:13-17 NKJV
“I set My rainbow in the cloud, and it shall be for the sign of the covenant between Me and the earth. It shall be, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the rainbow shall be seen in the cloud; and I will remember My covenant which is between Me and you and every living creature of all flesh; the waters shall never again become a flood to destroy all flesh. The rainbow shall be in the cloud, and I will look on it to remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is on the earth.” And God said to Noah, “This is the sign of the covenant which I have established between Me and all flesh that is on the earth.”
