Perseverance Pep Talk Poem
I should surely seize
Every opportunity to be on my knees,
PRAY WITHOUT CEASING, yes, geez..
“Open the eyes of my heart, Lord”, PLEASE.
.
Today I start a new day to PRAISE,
Awareness of Him to RAISE.
WALK IN THE LIGHT THESE DAYS.
Blessed opportunities even in trials, Oh to only Him I gaze.
.
If we only knew,
How TRIALS are TRAINING, TRUE!
Perseverance will get us through.
And this surely I can attest to!
.
Let us take Your Guidance Lord, let us not gawk.
Let us come to your Word and further our walk.
Help us to believe, not just talk the talk.
I will wait upon the Lord, then WALK.
.
Thank You Lord for this pep talk!!!
