Isn’t always the case,

When we realize God wants us in the RACE. 

Don’t even try to keep up with His PACE,

But know that for you and me, He has a PLACE.

Monday might bring dread,

Oh anxiousness for what lies ahead.

But remember Jesus Himself had no place to rest His head. 

So keep pushing, keep moving, keep hoping instead. 

.

Thank You, Lord, for the pep talk.

Thank You, Lord, for Your walk.

Now every time I feel like I should squawk.

Let me praise You, for Your eye on me (us) is sharper than any hawk.
