night hot flash, pfew,

It’s life calling out of the blue.

Yet it wakes me up to think, TRUE

And so it is always good to praise You Lord, YOU!

It’s a full moon I see blasting light into my window through,

And I am grateful for yesterday birthday activities maxed out, WHEW!!!

Another year older, whew who knew!

How life runs so fast I haven’t a clue!

57 is not bad, I’m blessed, it’s a good view.

My knees work, I’m not hungry, and rarely in wallow do I stew.

I FEEL THE LOVE from friends and family, more than just a few.

My mom and kids blessedly bracket my existence too.

Yesterday morning I started with praising God too.

I enjoyed the nice pumpkin spice of life and autumn’s seasonal hue.

Went to church and prayed for others physical and emotional healing under God’s view.

Then lunch was yummy cheesy steak oh ooo… (dinner was BBQ)…

Then working hard at a trunk or treat with 50 kids making slime from glue.

We did pH science of red cabbage juice into pink purple green blue.

I’ve got to give the Lord His Due.

He’s the One I send praises to.

I might wake up like this without a clue,

But praises should ALWAYS be on my lips in cue.

I’ll marvel at life and my gifted crew.

And Lord, I thank You.

For all that’s old and new,

Love You Lord, thank You!

There’s no one I love more “in lieu”,

My life going into forever in longer than in review.

Face to face with God we pursue.

Meanwhile let us enjoy today’s view.
