I saw a friend who is so sweetly savoring his baby boy, BABY DINOSAUR they nicknamed him, SO PRECIOUS. Also saw another friend’s twins’ photo on their first birthday, such SWEETNESS!!!
AMAZING gifts from God, MIRACLES. AMAZING also as these babies were all medical MIRACLES mediated by the ALMIGHTY. The moms and dads to be petitioned the Lord, many years they tried, oh now to be blessed with babies. These parents (and we who know them) thank the Lord so much.
With open hearts, we remember that the Lord DOES deliver, both babies and HOPE, knowledge and strength. Strength to endure, strength to bear them, strength to raise them. All good miracles come from God.
The miracle of God’s intervention was also a tremendous blessing for Hannah, mother of Samuel in the Old Testament, after having been barren then to conceive. And she kept her promise to dedicate her child to the Lord. Samuel is a tremendous servant and a key to opening awareness of the Lord for others.
Hannah also was mocked by her rival and disheartened before the time she conceived, upset enough she did not eat… and she petitioned the Lord in prayer, poured out her soul. He heard. He answered. Hannah then prayed a new song of thankfulness and knowledge. There is No Rock Like Our God.
Hannah knew the Lord delivered. How often do we remember this in our lives and those of friends. How we need to remember that we have miracles of moments every moment.
The Lord satisfies and delivers… salvation and sweet baby souls in cute children. Direction, knowledge and strength. The Lord IS our Rock.
Amen

“And Hannah prayed, and said, My heart rejoiceth in the Lord, mine horn is exalted in the Lord: my mouth is enlarged over mine enemies; because I rejoice in thy salvation. There is none holy as the Lord: for there is none beside thee: neither is there any rock like our God. Talk no more so exceeding proudly; let not arrogancy come out of your mouth: for the Lord is a God of knowledge, and by him actions are weighed. The bows of the mighty men are broken, and they that stumbled are girded with strength. They that were full have hired out themselves for bread; and they that were hungry ceased: so that the barren hath born seven; and she that hath many children is waxed feeble.
“The Lord killeth, and maketh alive: he bringeth down to the grave, and bringeth up. The Lord maketh poor, and maketh rich: he bringeth low, and lifteth up. He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth up the beggar from the dunghill, to set them among princes, and to make them inherit the throne of glory: for the pillars of the earth are the Lord’s, and he hath set the world upon them.“He will keep the feet of his saints, and the wicked shall be silent in darkness; for by strength shall no man prevail. The adversaries of the Lord shall be broken to pieces; out of heaven shall he thunder upon them: the Lord shall judge the ends of the earth; and he shall give strength unto his king, and exalt the horn of his anointed.” https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=1+Samuel+1-2&version=NIV;KJV
