It’s Monday morning and sometimes we just don’t want to get up and go. (Nothing bad but sometimes the gears back to the grind need oil – however we need to count our blessings and get over it)….
Sometimes, well always, God wants us to PUT ON THE ARMOR OF GOD to move thru our day, and a day like today our Monday morning mushy movement is MUCH more manageable because this Armor of God is ALSO an EXOSKELETON of EXCELLENT strength and mobility. LET’S MOVE! (we not until we get our marching orders)
And whether you actually feel mush-like or just perceive of the “Meh” yuck feelings, God IS going to be our MOTIVATION in His method of having us move forward. Making mountains into molehills. Mostly for knowing today is another great day to let Him lead and share how He is our Maker and Shaker… My my how we must count our blessings that He has a plan ALREADY… We may move when He says “move” in the Power of His Might. And throughout we can Be Still and Know that He is God.
He made us from dust, let Him mold and motivate us. We are to look beyond our mush towards His lush life everafter, then know we may make today a GOOD DAY for GOD.
Our Monday morning motivation is demonstrating we WILL trust God to bring us thru…
He will. He does. He wouldn’t want you running ahead anyway. Let Him make the moves on YOU.
“… my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the POWER OF HIS MIGHT.
Put on the WHOLE ARMOR OF GOD, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the WORD OF GOD:
Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;: And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel…”
