turkey and talking,

for squash and squishy hugs,

for potatoes and pause,

for pie and peace.

I am ever so THANKFUL for: Jesus.

Jesus, the fulfiller of our ransom to Heaven.

Jesus, the fulfiller of the Law of Moses.

Jesus, the answer to the call of the Prophets.

Jesus, the holder of us and the Heavens.

Jesus, the filling and the hard-pressed shell.

Jesus, the mover and the anchor.

Jesus, the sweet and the suffering.

Jesus, the Word and the Way.

Jesus, the ONLY One Who can get us out of any mess and into His MESSAGE.

Jesus, being the Message Himself.

THANKFUL.

His Spirit puts the fullness into my THANKFULNESS.

His Presence puts the JOY in the fulfilling of the Promise.

His Sacrifice puts sin to death and life to forever.

His Hand puts us into HIS Fold and God’s Hold.
